This elegant apartment is located on the third floor (with elevator) of a building from the end of '800 in Piazza Cola di Rienzo, near the Vatican Museum, the Cathedral of St. Peter in a shopping area, surrounded by restaurants, that can make your stay pleasant and convenient: The Lepanto metro station (line A) is in fact at 3 minute walking distance, and you can find here numerous public transportation means (tram, bus or taxi) which link the area to all other areas of the city.

The accommodation, tastefully renovated, is very spacious and can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests. It opens with a long corridor running through the apartment and connects all the rooms. As you enter on right is the kitchen fully equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, microwave and oven. The two large bedrooms, quiet and bright as the rest of the apartment are comfortable and equipped with large closets.

The living area consists of living room with fireplace and a sofa bed and dining area with a beautiful wood table.

A French door makes possible the access to the magnificent terrace with gazebo furnished with two tables and chairs to enjoy a delicious lunch outside, a small closet, deck chairs for sunbathing and barbecues.

There are two bathrooms, with shower. The apartment has an efficient central heating.

The apartment also has TV, Hi-Fi system with CD player, Computer with unlimited internet connection.
