This "open space" self catering apartment
is approximately 85 mq. and it is suitable for up to 4 people. The
area is undoubtedly strategic for those who like go shopping among
nice shops in Via del Tritone or for those who like starting the
cultural tour of the city. In fact, the location is equidistant from the Trevi Fountain and the Spanish Steps.
A few meters away there is Piazza Barberini with the taxi station,
the metro (Line A - Stop Barberini) and several public buses. Nice
restaurants, cafès can be found at the famous Via Veneto.

Spanish Steps B is one of our self
catering apartments in Rome very well furnished and refined
located in an ancient palace (1400) on the 1st floor. It has been
recently renovated in May 2005, but its original architecure has been
kept with its beams well visible. It has a nice view and it is quiet
thanks to all the windows with double glasses.
From the corridor on the right there is a bathroom with a bathtub, heating towels and a
nice mirror behind which there is a wide space for personal belongings.
Soon after, there is a bedroom with two beds with the headboard in wrought iron and a
large wardrobe. On the left, at the end of the corridor you will find a living room with a
table with four chairs and a sofa that can turn into a French bed. A
kitchen corner is fully equipped with dishwasher and washing machine. At the end of the living room, on the left,
you will fine the second bathroom with a shower, heating towels.
The apartment is provided with air conditioned,
independent heating, a safe, plasma TV in order to make your stay very
confortable in our seslf catering apartments in Rome.
