This cozy apartment of about 100sq is situated on the first floor of a beautiful historic building in the heart of Trastevere. The entrance leads directly into the living room which is very bright thanks mainly to two big wooden windows overlooking the indoor courtyard. The living room is furnished with white corner sofa convertible into a comfortable double sofa bed, a bookcase, two small armchairs and is equipped with TV.
Continuing on the left is the dining area with a table and six wooden chairs and the well equipped kitchen provided with gas stoves. Another French door leads to a small terrace. On the right side of the entrance there is a hallway with a bathroom with Jacuzzi bath and a double bedroom with ceiling fan. Following there is a bedroom that has two levels: the first level with a single bed located in a characteristic alcove.
From here a wooden staircase leads to the second level where there is a folding bed and an elegant bathroom with shower. The apartment, renovated in 2010, is finely furnished and is provided with washing machine, TV, microwave, air conditioning (in the living room and in the bedroom with the two single beds), ceiling fan (in the double bedroom).
Of particular importance are the whole terracotta floor and the coffered ceilings: an elegant accommodation for a stay out of the ordinary!
